The hotel's rooms were very disappointing, with a terrible smell and being tiny, dirty, and overpriced. We opted to leave and found a much nicer place for a better price. The service was helpful and friendly. The location, with its proximity to Bandra station, was convenient, but the area was quite dirty. The dining experience was subpar, with limited options and additional charges for breakfast.
